Would Mayorga be next? Yikes!

Just read an article and Mayorga was mentioned as Jr's possible next opponent for September. I'm down to watch this one, Mayorga is crazy, expect anything on this one!!!

ARUM said no mayorga that jr is fighting pavlik in december 4th what you guys think about this one?

I don't think Mayorga is a good fight for him. He won't gain anyting by winning because Moyorga is washed up, and I don't think he's even ranked by anyone. For Pavlik, I think it's too big of a jump up in competition level for now, seems to me Arum is setting that up for down the road if Jr looks very good in his next 2-4 fights. Big balls/risk if he takes Pavlik now.
I'm interested to see if his next fight is at 154 or 160. Anyone know?

fernando beltran said hell fight on septemer 16 at queretaro against a 154 lbs opponent for the interin wbc, and then unify against cotto at 150.
on the other hand roach said he wants another fight at 160 before going down to 154. but it doesent seem likely.

Man if he can get to 154, I think he'll have very good KO power. That Duddy fight was awesome. I don't think the ref had to break a hold by the fighters, or do anything else. Makes for a very entertaining fight, unlike other fighters who are always holding.

I think Jr will stay around 154 to 160...Before he would come in out of shape at 160...w 8 weeks of roach training he would come in ripped at 154...Mayorga fight would be cool id like to see that...Jr would destroy the now older mayorga who has not fight in a while...by the time he shakes the rust Jr will be well ahead and in control...i like that and the Pavlik fight...Jr is ready guys he has the tools looks sharp and focused...w roach an ariza the sky is the limit for Jr and all the people who talk smack will finally shut their mouths...Parte le madre CHavez!!!!!

well mayorga cannot make arrangements cause he is still tied to don king.
