    • Ok guys, here is a question for all of you to really think about. As we all know or at least we think we know, Jr is suspended right now, but really, is he as good as we think he is? Or do we hope he is the next legend as his father was? Is it the last name or just the fact that he is Sr's son. As young as he might be, Jr is still yet to face a top name in boxing. Fight after fight we hope to see him against better oponents but if anything it the same thing fight after fight, an unknown fighter from God knows where, to make things worst, he has a really hard time beating them. Don't get me wrong, I am a fan of his no matter what but I just don't think he is as good as we think he is. We could make up excuse after excuse, he's young, he had no amateur career, his dad not letting him be free to fight good fighters, his coaching staff, he needs a new corner, all these comments have came up and Jr is still the same fighter, same flaws as always, hardly any defense, gets tired quickly, not aggressive enough. Do you guys really think this will change? I really think we are getting to know the fighter Jr will be. No trying to put him down but I just don't think he is as good as I or many think he was or is. I think many are starting to loose faith in him. I just finished watching some of his training on Youtube, look at him, his training is so bland, without any energy, very slow paced, no intensity, In my opinion and from what I have been thought you always go hard, especially during training. Compare his training to that of Manny, Oscar, Floyd, you really can't compare, no intensity, very mellow paced like if the Kid was a great. Again guys, no matter what I am a fan of his but again, I think we have seen pretty much what Julio can do, I think he will learn a few more things as time passes but being so young and as intense as a young body can be, Jr is lacking so much energy. Let c what you think.

    • first off all there will not be another great julio not mexican not american julio sr was a tremendous fighter recognize as an all time great a legend.as far as jr goes looks good to me at 154 160 terrible but 154 his height reach is great for that weight good speed and power lets not forget his last fight at 154 he sertently wont be his dad no 1 will ever reach that caliber.i guess we have to see him against a hard puncher to see if he can take some big shots how good of a chin does he have and does he have the power to knock em out that will only be a top 154 theres good fighters at 154 im not sure where paul williams and martinez will settle i hear they are seaking for pavlik or a imidate rematch.but 1 thing is for sure if jr tays at 160 its a big mistake or maybe that shit he took made him weak sulaiman said that stimulant dehydrates fighters and its dangerous because its takes watr quickly from the body.only time will tell guys.im hoping when he comes back he faces a rocgnize name thats teh only way we will know if he is FOREL.

    • he wont be as good as Sr. but he can be a good fighter, but its a combination of all the things dependent wrote, hes not facing real competition, therefore he doesnt need to push himself further, his corners wont push him either, so IMO he needs to fight better oposition, loosing a fight could be the best thing for him, take pressure away and make him understand what he is in for, to me theres nothing else to do but letting him fight against top ten fighters, and all of those questions will be answered for us and specially for him, he is anxious to fight big names he says that every chance he gets, yet his people gets bums to figh against him.

    • da is right whats teh motivation to fight a bum why would you kill your self in training,he should fight just 2 times a year no need for him to keep fighting every 2 months.and no need to fight a washed up big name thats only for up and coming figters who want fame and want to be known jr doesnt need that so he should go straight for the prime ones
